Date: Saturday, November 14 from 11am to 4pm

Time: 11am to 4pm. Load-in will begin at 8:30am. You must be parked and fully set up by 10:30am.

Location: Alisal Guest Ranch & Resort, California’s Luxury Dude Ranch! 1054 Alisal Rd, Solvang, CA

Estimated Attendees: This will be a special event for their resort guests, golf and tennis club members, as well as their signature club, which is an exclusive membership-based community at the Alisal. Club members will also be given guest passes to invite friends to join. Employees and their families are invited, as well as the neighborhood too! After hosting this for three prior years, we anticipate around 500 guests to attend throughout the day, could be more. 

What’s happening at the event:  Food & drinks available for sale, free wine and whiskey tasting, live music, kids crafts, DIY activities, photos with Santa, and more! We are planning for 30 different artisans, with a focus on holiday gifts.

Vendor Details:

1. The vendor fee for this event is $85 for a 10×10’ space. If you would like a second space, please include that in the last question on the below application.

2. You will need to provide your own 10x10' (or smaller) pop up tent (white preferred) and any tables and chairs you need for your booth space. Umbrellas considered but only with approval in advance (this will dictate where you are placed).

3. Load in will begin as early as 8:30am for our vendors and will be staged throughout the morning to ensure vendors aren't getting too backed up as parking near the event site is limited (you will end up having to move your car to another lot to park during the event).

4. I would highly encourage you to bring a dolley or a wagon as your load in area will be a little walk to the event site. The Alisal will provide some, but I recommend you bring your own so you aren't having to share and can set up more quickly!
